Register now

After downloading, you can register your search immediately. You can do this by opening the app. If you prefer to register via your computer, that's also possible. Just check out our web portal.

When registering, you’ll need to provide some important details:

Name of the company
VAT number
Type of company
Location
Sector

Fill out your business profile as comprehensively as possible, as students will be more likely to choose you. You’ll have reliable, motivated workers helping you out in two shakes of a lamb’s tail.

Post a vacancy

Search: quickly and easily find part-timers

When posting a free job ad, provide the information needed: day and time you need extra hands, region, function, language and number of people you want to hire. Publish and voilà—applications will start pouring in.

Payroll: enrol your own part-timers at affordable rates

Already working with regular students? Enrol them flexibly on NOWJOBS. Send them a message via the NOWJOBS app, SMS, mail or WhatsApp, or have them scan your QR code. This way, you get to focus on your business instead of dealing with administration. Quick, easy and at great rates.

Pick a candidate and send them a contract offer

You have full control over who works for you. Scroll through applications in the app and get an overview of everything—from total pay over experience to reviews from previous employers.

Happy with a candidate? Send them a contract offer in one click. The student then signs the contract in one of the TimePartner offices. You’ll receive a confirmation when this has been done.

Payroll

Easily send your favourite part-time workers a contract proposal. You receive a notification in the app and sign the contract, we take care of the paperwork. It couldn't be simpler if we tried.

Write a review

After a student has worked for you, it’s time to evaluate them. Write a review and give the student a grade. That way, other employers know for sure this person is reliable and has the right skills to get the job done.
